HWCS - Craig in particular - are absolute life savers!! I damaged my Range Rover just before leaving for a month long vacation. I gave Craig my keys and he completely took care of the repair process and insurance claim. He then took my car for a regular service and advocated for me - helping me avoiding paying $15K in recommended repairs. He saved me valuable time and even more money.
